Our Mission
To empower individuals with the tools and inspiration to use their gifts for personal growth, community enrichment, and Kingdom impact.
Our Vision
A world where creativity, innovation, and faith intersect to transform lives and cultures.
Lumen is Latin for “light.” Jesus told His followers, “You are the light of the world,” and the unit of light itself is the lumen. We believe every gift — whether a melody, a brushstroke, a line of code, or a line of research — can carry that light to places that need it.
The convictions beneath the work.
Creativity is a gift from a Creator, and using it well is an act of worship.
Excellence and faith belong together.
The Gospel speaks to every culture, including secular and post-Christian ones.
Every person has gifts worth developing, and the Church is stronger when they are released.
